This weekend my husband and I had a chance to take our two young sons to Chuck E. Cheese’s. To say they were excited is an understatement. As an active duty military family, when we find anything familiar in a new city, it helps our children feel more settled in and secure. We recently made our 11th move as an active duty military family from California to Colorado and when we got here one of the things our boys wanted to do right away was head over to Chuck E. Cheese’s!
The boys had a blast playing their favorite games! We really liked how the tokens were no longer being used and were replaced with a magnetized card. This change has helped to curb the “losing tokens” that can easily occur with young, excited children as they rush from game to game. Thank you for that, Chuck E. Cheese’s!
Another highlight of our visit was the delicious thin and crispy pizza! Seriously, you guys, this stuff is good! We started off with one large pizza and ended up ordering another because it was just so delicious. Here is our youngest son, Solomon, eating his 4th piece of pizza (he had 6 total that night). And you know what else? Their pizza isn’t only super scrumptious, it is actually very well priced and affordable.
The final highlight of this amazing and fun family trip to Chuck E. Cheese’s was the boys cashing in all of their tickets at the end of the night for their prizes! Here they are with holding some of the tickets they were winning throughout the visit along with holding their new toys. Thank you Chuck E. Cheese’s for such a fun night and more memories for this military family to cherish!
